What this site keeps, and for how long.
This is an initial version, written from what the site actually does, and it is subject to legal review. We would rather say little and true than much and vague.

Who is responsible for this data

What the site records on its own
This site uses no tracking cookies and no audience analytics tools. Data sent through the forms and the assistant is handled as described in the sections below.
The virtual assistant (Crystal)
Crystal is an automated system. She is not a member of staff, and says so when asked.
Each message you write is sent, together with up to the last twelve exchanges of the same conversation, to the service that generates the reply: OpenAI's language model, accessed through Microsoft's Azure platform. Neither of them is the Institute.
What is recorded on the Institute's server, per conversation: the question, the reply, the language, your device's time zone, which may indicate the region but does not identify you, and a session identifier generated by the browser, with no name. We do not record your IP address.
If you write your name, e-mail, or information about your health, it will remain in the conversation record, because it is part of what you wrote. So: do not write in Crystal what you do not want recorded. To talk about your situation, use WhatsApp or the form, which reach a person.
Conversation records are used to check whether the assistant answered correctly and to fix her. They are deleted within seven days.
Training interest list
We use the details you provide on this list to send information about the Multidimensional Radiesthesia training. Name and email are needed to contact you. WhatsApp, country, city and your message are optional. Your request is stored in Crystal Agenda and is not an enrolment or a place reservation.

The contact form
What you write in the form, name, e-mail, phone if you give it, country if you give it, subject and message, is sent by e-mail to the Institute. The site keeps no copy. The only record left on the site's server is the time of submission, without content, to prevent automated mass submissions.
The WhatsApp buttons open the app with a pre-filled message, which you can edit before sending. From there the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's rules, not on this site.
Your rights
You may ask to know what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just write to contact@therapeuticsinstitute.com. We do not ask for a reason.
Where the data is
The site is hosted in Brazil. So is the virtual assistant's server. The generation of Crystal's replies goes through Microsoft Azure infrastructure, which may process data outside the country you are in.
